Adelia Rahma was born in Malang, East Java, Indonesia in 1990. Being active behind the scenes has been her dream since childhood. Adelia knew exactly what she wanted, so she majored in broadcasting at SMK Negeri 3 Batu. She became even more convinced about film, so she continued her education at ISI Yogyakarta, majoring in Film and Television in 2008 and began making short films. Adelia Rahma graduated from ISI Yogyakarta in 2012 and returned to Malang, where she taught children how to make films at SMK Negeri 2 Singosari. Currently, Adelia works at SMK Negeri 2 Ngantang as an arts and culture teacher and remains active in writing fiction.
