Production Manager & Line Producer
My name is Novianto Rukmonohadi, commonly known as Subur Novianto. I was born in Batang on November 14, 1981. I live in Jakarta with my small family in the Ciracas area of East Jakarta. I became interested in entering the entertainment world because I used to think that the entertainment world would never die. Finally, in 2001, I decided to enroll in the film school at IKJ Jakarta, majoring in Film Production. I started my film career in 2006, when films were still shot using 35mm celluloid film. I was entrusted with the role of Production Coordinator for the film LIBURAN SERU, which had to be shot in five cities in Indonesia with a manual communication system that was not as smooth as it is today. There were many challenges while working on that film, as I had to send the film to Jakarta every three days, and the film couldn’t go through airport X-rays, so there was a lot of drama when passing through X-ray security. Additionally, filming had to adapt to the unpredictable weather conditions. From that experience, I learned a lot about building collaborative relationships among team members who must complement each other’s weaknesses, as film shooting is fundamentally a collaborative effort involving multiple teams, not individual work. After completing that film, I went on to work on several other film projects, commercials, and series up to the present day.
